When you click "Edit" Plan you will see a page with five sections of information.

Plan Information

The Plan information section contains the name of the Plan, its related Category ID (i.e. what Categories of Listings this plan should show when the User confirms the Listing).

Notes:

• Sequence relates to sequence for the Category, i.e. if you have 3 plans for Category ID 55 then the sequence would show the User the plans in that order (You should only use 1, 2 or 3 in Sequence).

• Start and End Dates control when the Plan is active for that Category.

Plan Costs

This section determines the cost of the plan and if any free months are included on Yearly plans.

Notes:

• Free Months are shown if a Yearly plan is selected by the User. It can be zero, but if entered then the User will see that they are getting some discount for choosing a Yearly plan.

• One Off is used for one off Listings, i.e. £10 for lifetime of Listing.

• Monthly is the monthly cost of the plan if Monthly payment is selected by the User.

• Yearly is the yearly cost of the plan if Yearly payment is selected by the User.

Payment Options

This section details what payment methods are available on for this Plan.

Notes:

• Free Plan is a free plan with no charges. An invoice will be raised as zero value on this plan.

• Direct Debit allows the User to setup a direct debit to pay for the Listing.

• Credit Card allows the User to pay for a one-off Listing by Credit Card (You must have Stripe setup to use this option).

• Bank Transfer allows the User to pay by Bank Transfer.

• Depending on which options are selected the invoice generated in Xero will contain the appropriate payment options depending on the Plan settings.

Plan Description

This section is shown to the User and describes the Plan. Normally we would recommend including features that are active on this plan in the description.

Plan Settings

The Plan settings control what is shown on the Listing including how many pictures are shown.

Notes:

• Popular makes this Plan stand out with a "Popular" badge on the "Choose Plan" page when creating a Listing.

• Boost Credits is in development, but the principle is that Users can "boost" the Listing to the top of the search if they pay for credits.

• Featured will make the Listing "Featured" in the search etc..

• Map will allow the Listing to show a map of the Listing address.

• Messaging will allow Users to communicate through the site messaging system for this Listing

• Visit Count will show the User how many Visits they have had.

• Basic Analytics and Enhanced Anayltics are in development.

• Pictures is maximum allow pictures for the Listing.
