Dashboard
When you first access the Admin Portal , you will be taken to the Dashboard (shown here in "light" mode). From there you can perform a number of actions.
Quick Summary
The quick summary shows...
The number of "Draft" status listings currently on the site. You should review these listings as they are not shown on the main website yet.
The number of "Live" status listings. These listings are showing on the website.
The number of Business Accounts on the site. Business Accounts are normally related to one user who has created them. However it is possible for a Business Account to belong to many users on the site. Business Accounts are required to create a Listing.
The number of Visitor Accounts on the site. Visitors do not have Listings, but have registered. This gives them more functionality vs being a "Guest" on the site.

Draft Listings Requiring Review Widget
This is a list of Listings that require you to "Verify" them, then change to "Live" status so they are shown on the website.
To "View" a Listing click the "View" button.
You can search Listings by typing in their Listing Title (or parts of) in the search box.
Latest Account Widget
This is a list of the latest User Accounts to register with the website.
To "Edit" or "View" an account please click on the "Edit" button.
You can search Accounts by typing in the Users first or last name or email address.
The "Account Type" column shows if they are registered as a Visitor or Business. A Business would mean they have started the process of adding a Listing and have created a Business Account.
Scrolling Through List Widgets
If there are more than 5 records to display on a Dashboard Widget, then you can either change the number of records shown or go to the next / previous page using the links at the bottom of the Widget.
